Please contact South Lake Tattoo prior to submitting a deposit. 

Deposits are required for all appointment requests with any of our artists. The deposit ensures that the day and time you requested will be available to you by your artist. The deposit will go towards the total price of your tattoo.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that the following will forfeit your full deposit:

• No-show for appointment time and/or you fail to reschedule (requires a minimum of 3 days prior to your appointment).
• All clients must be at least 18 years old age. You must have government issued identification such as State ID, Driver License, Military ID or Passport as acceptable proof of age. 
• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Refunds on deposits are NOT issued for cancelled appointments
